We purchase neighbourhood and specialist retail property in urban conurbations and on the main shopping street in small town centres and villages throughout the UK.
Investment Criteria
• Individual properties or portfolios.
• Minimum £100,000 (may consider smaller). Typical acquisitions are £150,000 - £500,000.
• Portfolios up to £50m.
• Yields 7%+. Our target yield is 8.0%.
• With or without upper parts.
• Majority of income from retail tenants – individuals or local companies preferred.
• Leasehold or preferably freehold.
• Vacant properties where supported by tenant demand.
• New developments of local shops, where supported by existing or new residential property.
