We are keen to purchase property companies whose portfolios compromise a majority of local shopping assets.

Our minimum size is £3,000,000, with no maximum. Consideration can be in cash or shares in the Local Shopping REIT plc.

The REIT legislation offers the ability to reduce exposure to Capital Gains Tax, which may be of benefit to some sellers. We would be pleased to refer professional advisors to the relevant provisions.
