LSR’s executive managers organise regular team briefings to provide employees with information about the performance and initiatives of the business. Any strategic changes are communicated directly to staff, who are encouraged to address queries to the Executive Directors. Staff enthusiasm and their contribution of new ideas are encouraged and embraced by management.
