The Local Shopping REIT plc’s investment objective is to provide shareholders with an attractive level of income with the potential for income and capital growth. Its investment policy is to focus on “local” retail assets in the United Kingdom.

• We aim to achieve appropriate financial returns for our shareholders in line with the Transparency Directive alongside our Annual Report which will contain detailed information of the company’s activities and agendas.
• We also aim to provide full reports of our non-financial agendas which will include social and environmental activities in the community.
• LSR plc aims to be a good corporate citizen by adhering to strict trading regulations and ensuring that all communication is clear and accurate.
• LSR plc aims to be a good landlord by maintaining a solid asset management network that is customer focused and flexible.
• We hope to operate in an environmentally sound manner and to fully comply with all existing and future legislation. This, in time, will allow us to improve our environmental performance and impact on the community.
