Our asset management team have a broad range of real estate experience which enables them to efficiently execute our asset management business plans.
The Company is run by Joint CEOs Mike Riley and Nick Gregory together with Finance Director Vickie Whitehouse.
We run an outsourced model and have established a network of 24 investment acquisition agents who seek out investment opportunities throughout the country. We manage our property portfolio through 2 property management specialists. In all, the Group has a close network of over 50 professional property advisors. Each agent employed is a recognised expert in their local market. The management team engages and monitors agents’ performance against established rigorous standards.
