History
Having developed the business concept with the Chairman Grahame Whateley, Mike Riley and Nick Gregory started the Company’s activities in January 2005 and the Group began acquiring properties in April 2005. Since that time, the Group has built up a portfolio with a valuation of £238m.
During 2006, the team was expanded to bring in additional asset management and development expertise in the retail and residential sectors. In early 2007 the finance function was brought in-house, enabling the Company to list on the London Stock Exchange on 2nd May 2007. Shortly following admission, on 11th May the Company became a Real Estate Investment Trust.
